Phone numbers & SIP trunks are separate products

A DID is the number only — monthly rental for the inbound line. It is not a phone system, and it does not include SIP trunk minutes or CrazyPBX seating. To take calls, point the number at a destination (most commonly a Crazytel SIP Trunk or Hosted PBX).

No. Crazytel DIDs are separate products with their own monthly rental. Number rental does not include trunk minutes or PBX seating. In most cases you also need a SIP Trunk, CrazyPBX, or another compatible destination so inbound calls have somewhere to land.
In most cases, yes. A DID is only the phone number. To receive calls you typically point it at a Crazytel SIP Trunk, CrazyPBX, Voice Suite call app (IVR, ring group, voicemail), or an approved external SIP URI / forward destination. Ordering a number alone does not give you outbound calling or a full phone system.
